Clearing the Christmas break!

Sometimes we wonder why we are feeling tired and a bit cranky after a break.

It’s just too much sugar, alcohol and family!  I mean that with love, it’s just that sometimes we need to make a conscious effort to clean our body of the sugar and the energetic exposure all of that Christmas and New Year may bring.  So take the time to drink a bit more water, less sugar, no alcohol for a few days, burn some sage around you and your home, ring some bells in the house to clear the energy and during your morning shower, imagine the water cleansing all the energy that doesn’t belong to you away and then lovely pure white light pouring over you and filling you up with light and love – a lovely way to start the day :)
